Terms of introduction

Version 2026-10-19. Adults aged 18 or older may use this service to advertise lawful adult/senior assistance and make voluntary introductions in Calgary.

The platform provides listings and messaging. It does not hire or employ caregivers, deliver or supervise care, determine worker classification, process care payments, guarantee availability, or verify suitability. Families and caregivers independently arrange interviews, lawful screening, contracts, schedules, insurance, employment responsibilities and payment.

Publish only accurate information you are authorized to share. Qualifications are self-declared unless a specific source, check date and limitation are shown. Do not claim registration or services you are not entitled to offer. Follow professional scope requirements and verify relevant status directly before hiring.

Do not publish addresses, private phone/email, medical histories, identity documents, discriminatory questions, misleading claims, scams, abusive material or requests outside permitted service categories. Do not scrape, impersonate, spam or evade blocks and suspensions. Screening questions must concern the opportunity and relevant experience, rates or availability.

Listings undergo moderation. We may hold, reject, pause or remove content and restrict accounts for policy violations; decisions are recorded. Report misleading or harmful content using the relevant Report control. Contact support to appeal. A free pilot has no subscription charges or care commissions; paid access will require separately disclosed terms before any charge.

Do not use this marketplace for urgent or emergency care. A message, shortlist or application is not a booking or hiring agreement. You may exchange contact details voluntarily and leave the platform. Stop using the service if you do not accept these terms.
